Role Overview: Seeking passionate individuals for the role of Presales & Solutions support engineer in the ServiceNow Practice. Responsibilities include developing and presenting solutions using ServiceNow products across various domains, supporting the sales process, and strategically engaging throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

Develop business solutions and validate with cross-technology SMEs.
Work with geographically diverse teams to deliver client responses.
Provide product demos, support proofs of concept, and respond to RFPs.
Engage in marketing events and competitive analyses.
Support growth strategy for the ServiceNow products portfolio across US and MENA regions.

Required Skills:

5+ years of IT experience, 3+ years in ServiceNow presales.
Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and other ServiceNow products.
Technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, workflows, and integrations.
ServiceNow certifications (required).
Experience in research, proposing multiple options, and driving new solutions.
Fast-learner, self-driven, motivated, results-oriented, and proactive.
Familiar with ServiceNow Gen Ai’s products such as NowAssist & Virtual Agents, and NOW LLM.
